sleep, can't sleep, sleep better
I had problem with sleeping. Than I got easy tip how you can make my self sleep at night on time. Refuse to take part in any mental or demanding exercise at least 1h ahead of time you planed to sleep. Simple. I changed my workouts 2hearlier and yes it works Awesome.

sunday, grow, pump, rest, love
... its one of my resting days..and I still fill that pump and drive from my power workouts 3-4x per week...I grow faster on Sundays :)
